The registration fees for attending DHd 2026 in person are listed below. Participation in the conference is only possible in person. After the specified deadlines have expired, on-site registrations at the regular price are also possible.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations received by 11 January 2026 will be refunded 100% of the fee paid.
Cancellations received between 12 January 2026 and 8 February 2026 will be refunded 50% of the fee paid.
Cancellations received after 9 February 2026 will not be refunded. The same applies if you do not attend the conference and have not cancelled your registration in time.
If an excursion does not take place, 100% of the fee paid will be refunded.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Event Management Office of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at).
